Payment is required 24 hours before a session begins. Failure to follow this will result in a $10 fee. Failure to pay prior to the lesson results in the lesson being cancelled.
If needed to reschedule, please do this 24 hours or more before the lesson. However, we do understand that certain circumstance with child illness may come up, so we will do our best to be accommodating. No show and no contact will result in a 25% charge for the session.
Bundles are refundable within 1 month of your purchase, and single hours are nonrefundable.
By participating in any physical activity, training, or using any facility or equipment provided by Trainer, you do so at your own risk. You assume all risks of injury, illness, or damage, including those resulting from Trainer’s negligence, whether active or passive.
You voluntarily release and discharge Trainer and all affiliates from any claims arising from negligence, including but not limited to: (a) Equipment malfunction or breakage (b) Negligent instruction or supervision (c) Slips, trips, or falls on premises
You agree to indemnify and hold Trainer harmless from any liability, loss, or costs related to your participation. This waiver is intended to be as broad as legally allowed in Washington. If any part is deemed invalid, the rest remains in effect.
By signing, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to this waiver, releasing Trainer from liability and waiving your right to legal action.
